Q. This long distance thing won't work for me, I
need to watch over my CAD person.
A. If
your CAD person is a junior person with minimum experience, you may feel the need
to do this. However, you should weigh the combined cost of two people sitting in front
of one computer. Floor Plans Plus!®
customers recognize the value that years of experience brings to their project.
Q. I'm thinking
about hiring an employee but I'm not sure if I will have enough work to keep a
person busy. Can you help?
A. Floor Plans
Plus!® customers love the option of having an 'on-call' service. You're not
locked in like you are when you hire an employee.
Q. I need someone to
block out my floor plans and elevations and I will finish the rest
myself. Is this possible?
A. Yes.
Floor Plans
Plus!® customers love this option as well. Use as much or as little time as you
need, whenever you need it. No minimums.
Q. I've never done
this long distance thing before. I don't want to lose control.
A. Don't worry. I've been helping customers since 1968. Every effort is made to
keep your project as 'your project'. You'll never get David Brown's version of your
project. You furnish the information, and answer my questions, and I'll put it all together
for you. You'll see everything every step of the way.
Q. What are my
responsibilities as your customer?
A. During the course of your project, many questions will
arise. Even
if you are very busy, it is to your advantage to communicate promptly. Prompt communications keep your project moving toward
completion.
Q. How do you manage to
do so much if you are a one person company?
A. My company is set up in a very special way. I
manage time as efficiently as possible. First, as a business-to-business,
nationwide service, I do not need to have time-consuming meetings. Second,
most customers' projects start and stop throughout the process, freeing
up time slots. Third, I never allow any one project
to overwhelm my schedule. Fourth, I have a time-saving, state-of-the-art
communications setup.
Q. What states are your
customers in?
A. Floor Plans Plus!®
can work with customers in any state. Floor Plans Plus!®
has worked with customers in the following states:
California
Colorado
Connecticut
Florida
Idaho
Illinois
Massachusetts
Montana
Nevada
New Jersey
New York
Oklahoma
South Carolina
Texas
Virginia
Washington
West Virginia
Wyoming
Q. What about references?
A. No problem. Ask any
time about references.
Q. I only have bits and
pieces of CAD work from time to time. You probably don't want to bother.
A. No bother at
all. In fact this happens all the time. If you need help of any kind, feel free
to call.
